Daniel Delatouche
Chief Executive Officer
I am a Paramedic and have been in the world of event medicine for rapidly approaching twenty years and during this time I have been exposed to all types and sizes of events as well as having the luxury to work in: Emergency Departments, Urgent Treatment Centres, Walk in Centres, Primary Care, Emergency Ambulances, International Aid and Repatriations, quarantine centres and refugee camps.
My current role with Allied Medical Group Ltd is to oversee the day to day operations with definitive accountability over upholding Safety, Standards and Safeguarding standards to ensure a smooth and efficient operation, whilst working as part of the wider team.
I do not see Allied Medical Group Ltd as another event company, rather a vision and opportunity for the home county of Lincolnshire and beyond to benefit from a company that genuinely wishes the best for its workforce, subcontractors, customers and end users. At Allied Medical Group Ltd there is no compromise on quality or care.
Lewis Slattery
CQC Registered Manager
In August 2022, I co-founded Allied Medical Group with two other colleagues, driven by a shared vision to deliver high-quality, patient-focused medical services that people can truly rely on. After guiding the company through the CQC registration process and becoming the Registered Manager, AMG achieved a milestone and foundation for the professional, compliant, and patient-centred services we deliver today.
My background in pre-hospital care, event medical planning, and operational leadership has helped shape AMG into a respected independent provider of all the services we are able to offer.
I’m passionate about raising standards in our industry, ensuring every member of our team holds nationally recognised qualifications and works within a robust framework of clinical governance. I work closely with Safety Advisory Groups, event organisers, and NHS partners to ensure the care we deliver is safe, efficient, and professional.
Although I help lead the company, I remain hands-on, often on-site at events, supporting the team or delivering care myself. I believe approachable leadership and a commitment to excellence are key to AMG’s trusted reputation.
George Woodward
Service Manager
I’ve worked in a variety of healthcare settings since 2019, including A&E departments, Urgent Treatment Centres, on Emergency Ambulances, and as a Community First Responder. These experiences have shaped my approach to care and given me a well-rounded understanding of both urgent and pre-hospital environments.
In my role as Service Manager, I oversee our Operational Team Leaders and support the coordination of our medical teams, particularly during large-scale events. I also manage our equipment provision to ensure our teams are fully prepared and able to deliver safe, effective care.
The role can be challenging and often unpredictable, but it’s incredibly rewarding. I’m passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and always looking for ways to improve the service we provide, both for our teams and the people we care for.
