Responsibilities Include:
- Provide Immediate Medical Assistance:
Respond promptly to medical incidents during events, delivering immediate care to individuals experiencing illness or injury. Assess situations quickly to determine the appropriate level of response, including basic life support, wound care, or initiating emergency escalation protocols when necessary.
- Uphold Professional Standards:
Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times by adhering to established clinical guidelines, operational guidelines, and all other aspects of the role. Demonstrate compassion, sensitivity, and professionalism when interacting with patients, event staff, and the public. Ensure personal appearance, conduct, and performance reflect the integrity and reliability expected of frontline medical personnel in high-pressure environments.
- Incident Reporting and Documentation:
Accurately record all medical incidents, treatments provided, and observations made during patient care. Complete patient report forms and incident logs in line with legal and organisational requirements. Ensure that all documentation is clear, timely, and suitable for potential follow-up by higher-level medical staff or emergency services.

Hold one of the below qualifications:
Associate Ambulance Practitioner Level 4 (AAP)
IHCD Ambulance Technician
First Response Emergency & Urgent Care Level 5 (FREUC5)
Hold an Enhanced DBS for Adult & Child Workforce
Have an up-to-date CPD portfolio
Hold a full & clean UK driving license
Desirable requirements:
C1 driving entitlement
Blue light driving qualification
